You’ve seen the advertisements online, “Wipe out your credit card debt! Terminate Credit Card Debt! Eliminate Credit Card Debt Legally!” Can this be true? Is there a way to erase all of your credit card debt, legally, without paying? I haven’t tried this method personally, but with a little research online, this is what I found:
They Say the Banks Are Responsible
Debt elimination companies allege that when your credit is established and your credit limit is set, the banks are the ones that sign their name and take responsibility for your credit card debt. You can think of this like a co-signer; if you don’t pay, they are responsible. They point out that this is why your credit card company can call you, report the debt to creditors, but it is unlikely that they will sue you. If this is true then why doesn’t everyone simply ignore their credit card debt and why would these companies take the chance that you will pay them back?
They Say You Can Erase All Debt Because of Hidden Laws
It is also alleged that there are policies, procedures and statutes that banks and other financial institutions are required to follow, legally, that protect you from having to pay. The debt relief companies point out that they know the laws, they have been doing this for years and they understand the loopholes. With their help, you will be able to obtain a clean credit report, and oftentimes even be able to erase the money you owe for this service. Sounds wonderful, right?
They Want You to Buy Their ‘Fix-All Program’
What I didn’t find in my research, were any companies that were assured enough to offer guarantees. Most want to sell you their sure-fire ‘erase debt legally program’, which you must pay for upfront. These super-top-secret programs will help you to become debt free without paying a dime…except the dimes you pay for the program and I’m betting that there is more money to be paid after you acquire the program.
In the end, I remember two sayings: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is and, you can’t get something for nothing!

When we first considered moving to Florida, our first thought was to look for a new home in Pinellas County or Hillsborough County. After all, Pinellas County is close to all those great Gulf beaches, not to mention Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Hillsborough County had the city of Tampa. There were lots of good schools here in the Tampa Bay area, too, which was important for us since we have two children.
Inquiring around, we learned that all the neighboring counties operate under a school choice program. What this means is that you must apply for your first, second, and third choice schools and wait for an answer to hear if you have been accepted. Living nearby to the school of your choice does not necessarily affect your acceptance. Most families do end up getting their first choice school, but there is a small chance that if you miss the registration date or if that school is full, you may be assigned another school. Well, we missed the registration dates. As we considered the idea of a private school, we happened upon the town of Trinity in Pasco County, Florida. Trinity is a new master planned community just beyond the Pinellas County border. A new community means lots of new schools and newer construction for potential homes for our family. So we looked further.
What we found in Trinity and Trinity real estate was a wonderful surprise. Cows still graze the pastures here, giving Trinity a peaceful country setting. No traffic here, no congestion either. The community was quiet but growing. New businesses and shops were sprouting up along the major roads in the area. Many beautiful subdivisions were in development. We began to explore neighborhoods and get to know the area. With several great schools in the Trinity community, we’d have no problem getting into the neighborhood schools. We decided on a home in the Fox Wood Community, Trinity’s largest subdivision. Fox Wood is a gated community with two community parks, walking trails, and a covered pavilion. There are other great neighborhoods too, like Thousand Oaks, Trinity Oaks, Trinity West, Fox Hollow, Champions Club, and Heritage Springs for those 55 years of age and over. We liked what we saw in Trinity real estate.
As for the beaches, we are still close to those great Gulf beaches of Pinellas County. Trinity is only about a 5 minute drive to the border of Pinellas. Pasco County has some beaches of its own, too, like Hudson Beach and Robert K. Rees Park. We’re close to the cities of Pinellas and Hillsborough too. In fact, with the Suncoast Parkway just a few minutes away on Rt. 54, we can shoot down to Tampa in about 20 minutes. The Tampa International Airport is so convenient too, with an easy exit right off the Suncoast.
Great beaches, schools, restaurants, shops, and metropolitan cities nearby and a great choice in real estate! That’s why we love Trinity, Florida.

Spain has a super selection of hotels and you will surely
discover something to suit all tastes and pockets.
Whilst most visitors holidaying in Spain from abroad tend to
stick to the stereo-typed hotel chains for their vacations,
Paradores make a fantastic alternative. Quality accommodation
and food guarantee a stay that is remembered for comfort,
style and value for money. And, through them, you will gain a
better and deeper knowledge of Spain.
Right from their beginnings in 1928, the aim of the state
established Paradores Spain was to offer high standards, at
reasonable prices, in a noteworthy building or location, and
to help preserve the traditions of regional cooking, by serving
the best of local cuisine in the Parador restaurants.
Equally important objectives of the hotel chain were to help
preserve the country’s national and artistic heritage and to
promote tourism in areas which had been overlooked by the
private sector.
Today, Paradores can be found in converted castles, palaces,
fortresses, convents, monasteries and other traditional
buildings throughout the mainland and its islands. The group
has also built new hotels in unspoiled areas of the country in
magnificent locations.
The origins of Paradores go back to 1910, when the Spanish
Government assigned the Marquis de la Vega Incln the task
of creating a hotel infrastructure for vacations which would
house travellers and improve Spain’s image abroad.
In 1926, through the Royal Tourism Commission established in
1911, the Marquis de la Vega Incln initiated the establishment
of a hotel in the Gredos Mountains in Castilla La Mancha, making
the wonders of the area’s landscape accessible to tourism.
King Alfonso XIII of Spain was very enthusiastic about the idea
and he, personally, chose the location. Construction began in
August 1926 and was completed on the evening of 9 October 1928.
The hotel was inaugurated that same day and became the first
establishment of the future Paradores Spain network, the
Parador de Gredos.
After the opening of the Parador de Gredos, the Board of
Paradores and Inns was formed and efforts were channelled into
perfecting the original idea and into making use of selected
historical/artistic monuments and beautiful landscapes for the
establishment of new Paradores Spain.
So, why not consider making your stay in Spain rather unique
by picking a Parador?

Ever wondered what is a mutual fund? A mutual fund is a pool of money run by a professional or group of professionals called the “investment adviser.”
A mutual fund is a company that pools money from many investors and invests the money in stocks, bonds, short-term money-market instruments, other securities or assets, or some combination of these investments. The combined holdings the mutual fund owns are known as its portfolio. Each share represents an investor’s proportionate ownership of the fund’s holdings and the income those holdings generate.
Because it is sometimes hard for investors to become experts on various businesses for example, what are the best steel, automobile, or telephone companies, investors often depend on professionals who are trained to investigate companies and recommend companies that are likely to succeed.
In a managed mutual fund, after investigating the prospects of many companies, the fund’s investment adviser will pick the stocks or bonds of companies and put them into a fund. Investors can buy shares of the fund, and their shares rise or fall in value as the values of the stocks and bonds in the fund rise and fall.
Investors may typically pay a fee when they buy or sell their shares in the fund, and those fees in part pay the salaries and expenses of the professionals who manage the fund.
Even small fees can and do add up and eat into a significant chunk of the returns a mutual fund is likely to produce, so you need to look carefully at how much a fund costs and think about how much it will cost you over the amount of time you plan to own its shares. If two funds are similar in every way except that one charges a higher fee than the other, you’ll make more money by choosing the fund with the lower annual costs.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. So don’t be dazzled by last year’s high returns. But past performance can help you assess a fund’s volatility over time.
Making any sort of investment involved a certain amount of risk so it is always wise to seek the advice of a professional before making any decisions.

Maltese dogs are not only beautiful but are lovable and kind natured dogs. As a member of the toy breed, they are small in stature and don’t get much bigger than 6 pounds. Most of their bulk comes in the form of thick white hair. Their coats hang long, flat and silky over the sides of the body and skim the ground.
Taking care of the Maltese coat is the most important part of grooming the breed. Maltese should be brushed and combed a minimum of every other day. Daily brushing, however, is recommended if you want to keep their coat healthy.
The best brush to use is an open-spaced pin brush. Avoid brushes with “balls” on the pins. Start by lifting up the top layer of hair, spray a light coat of water or a leave in conditioner and brush the bottom half of the coat free. Continue until that layer is tangle-free all the way to the skin and then work up to the top layer of hair. Always make sure to brush the dog’s underbelly to prevent matting.
If your Maltese does develop mats, try to work it out gently at first with your fingers. Trying to brush it out first may result in hair loss. You can also try spraying the mat with de-tangler or a coat conditioning oil to loosen the hair.
Gently pull apart the mat with your fingers and the end tooth of a comb as necessary. The most important thing to remember is to go slowly because if you try to remove the mat too hastily, you may end up needing to cut the mat out.
Another important part of taking care of the Maltese coat is regular bathing. Before beginning the bathing process, brush and comb your dog thoroughly to get rid of any dead hair and knots. If there are any mats present, they must be taken care of first because water will only tighten the knot.
Once you’ve prepared your dog, clean the dog’s ears and then place a small ball of cotton inside. This will help prevent any water from entering the ear canal and causing an infection. Make sure to have all of your necessary equipment ready before beginning the bath and have plenty of towels within reach.
Begin the bathing by getting your dog wet to the skin and then applying a quality, tear-free shampoo along the back, each leg and under the tail of your Maltese. Start lathering your dog and work from the back to front. Rinse the coat and then shampoo again.
After you’ve rinsed the second time, make sure to wash your Maltese’s face carefully with a washcloth. Rise a third time over the dog’s face and body to make sure all traces of soap are gone. Any leftover residue will irritate the dog’s skin so this is a very important step.
Many Maltese owners like to use conditioner on their dog’s coat. A special type of conditioner called a “coat handler” works as a leave in conditioner, detangler and fragrance all in one.
Work the conditioner or coat handler through the dog’s hair and then squeeze excess water from the coat. Pay close attention to the ears, tail and legs when removing water. Then you can start drying with towels. Once your dog is at the damp-dry state you can begin to blow-dry. After blow-drying, you can comb out the dog’s hair to make it smooth. Wash your Maltese no more than once a week for a healthy coat.

Beer bellies, for some beer drinkers, are a prideful symbol of
their greatest passion: drinking beer. They proudly display
their rounded protuberances as testimony to their excessive
consumption of their chosen ambrosia. Are beer bellies caused by
an excessive intake of beer? Not according to some scientists,
who claim that beer bellies are a myth and not caused by foamy
goodness at all.
Typically, the beer belly has been considered a man’s province
or tendency as over time, and with much flexing of arm muscles
as they bring glass to mouth, the belly grows with age and
consumption. Usually, when women gain weight, they often do so
first on their thighs and hips, not their bellies. Women may
develop a pot belly, but it is rarely referred to as a beer
belly and is likely caused by age and childbirth.
Researchers in Britain and the Czech Republic surveyed close to
2000 Czechs in their study that asked the question: Is there an
association between beer and obesity? The citizens of the Czech
Republic are generally regarded as and have the honour to be the
world’s biggest beer drinkers. Dr. Martin Bobak from University
College London and researchers at the Institute of Clinical and
Experimental Medicine in Prague examined 891 men and 1,098 women
between the ages of 25 and 64. All of the participants drank
either no alcohol or only beer. There were only a few heavy
drinkers. The participants were given a questionnaire and a
medical examination during which their weight, waist-to-hip
ratio and body mass index were measured. The conclusion? The
association between beer and obesity, if it exists, is probably
weak.
Then where does that rounded belly come from? Professor Morton
Gronbeck of the Centre for Alcoholic research in Copenhagen,
claims that binge drinkers tend to have more of an
“apple-shaped” body. There is some indication that binge
drinkers are more frequently apple-shaped, but if the amount of
beer drunk is spread out over the week, it will not provoke the
apple-shaped beer belly. This suggests that if beer drinkers
drink in moderation and not in a binge fashion, they will not
develop a beer belly.
Furthermore, some scientists believe that genetic make-up and
not beer could be to blame for the beer belly. A team at the
University of Naples examined natural variations in the genes
found in men. They found that one variant, labelled “DD,” is
linked to developing fat around the stomach. Not all men have it
so this study suggests that only those with this gene will get
beer bellies. Which came first, the gene or the beer belly? If a
man has the DD gene, he is twice as likely to develop a beer
belly, but not necessarily from beer. If he binge drinks, he
will probably get a beer belly. If a man does not have the DD
gene, but he drinks copious amounts of beer, will he get a beer
belly? Is he genetically able to develop one? He might, but what
about the other factors involved in drinking beer?
According to most diet plans, alcohol and weight loss don’t mix.
Alcohol has almost twice the amount of calories than
carbohydrates or protein. Alcohol can lessen the body’s ability
to burn stored fat both chemically and actively. Perhaps one
reason is that the last thing drinkers want to do while drinking
good beer is to get off that bar stool and exercise.
Have you ever tried to stick to a diet while drinking? It’s
almost impossible. If judgment while drinking is too impaired to
drive a car, how can drinkers make healthy choices when faced
with natchos and nuts to go with their beer? Also, many people
would prefer to drink their calories during alcohol consumption
and alcohol is not very nutritious, nor is it low in calories.
How can beer drinkers avoid a beer belly? As diet gurus have
told us for years, moderation in all things promotes good health
including a healthy body weight and shape. Beer bellies may not
be the true result of drinking beer, but beer drinking is
certainly an influence over aspects of diet and lifestyle that
may cause that jiggly tummy called a beer belly.

Kenny Werner, in his book Effortless Mastery, describes a test
that illustrates priorities in life.
Go to the kitchen and get a plastic bag. Place it over your
head, tying the opening snugly around your neck so that no air
can get through. Now, let’s count to one hundred. By the count
of 50, let me ask you: How important is that bonus you’ve been
working overtime to earn. By the count of 60 would you be
fretting about the state of your investments? By 80 no doubt
you’d be worried about your boss asking for those reports you
hadn’t finished yet.
I’m not trying to make light of anyone’s problems, but sometimes
we make more out of a situation than we should. Life’s
day-to-day difficulties can often overwhelm us to the extent
that we can’t see what is really important. If you were to be
kidnapped today, I would guess that the company you work for
would not go under. In fact, you may be surprised at how little
you’d be missed.
There’s a reason why eating healthy meals, exercising, and
leading a balanced social/work life leads to a less stressful
life and improved sleep habits. It’s because you are taking care
of the things that are really important in life: Health and
happiness.
If you can get your priorities more in line with what you really
want from life, there is a good chance that peace and serenity
will follow.

Time tracking is the act of recording the amount of time spent on each activity in a day. Typically, time sheets are used for time tracking. A conventional and simple time sheet lists the start and end time of tasks or the duration of each task. It can also have a more detailed breakdown of the various tasks done, as well as the results obtained from each of these tasks. Traditionally, time sheets were designed to keep track of the employees’ time management, in order to determine their productivity. Time cards or punch cards are the most basic form of time tracking programs.
Time tracking is very beneficial for businesses. Time sheets can also be used to track other things like billing, payroll, project cost and estimation, and others that are very beneficial for management. There are several direct advantages of time tracking: make payroll processing easier by tracking the exact hours an employee worked, increase revenues by correct invoicing, and make database management easier. It also helps the user to determine exactly what went wrong with a project. There are also some disadvantages of time tracking: employees do not appreciate it they feel too much pressure for showing results for every minute; or the information may not be used properly. Time tracking is especially beneficial for attorneys, writers, programmers, self-employed professionals, consultants, contractors, artists and other professionals who do not work as per scheduled timings.
There are sophisticated time-tracking programs and software packages available today. These software packages are very easy to install and use, and they can be used in any environment. They can also be custom-designed to suit all kinds of requirements. Some time tracking software also contains other functions like invoicing, billing, expenses tracking, project management and other applications. Some of these are offered as freeware, while others have to be purchased. Standard time tracking software costs around $100 for a single user and $1,200 for a 10-user program. However, prices vary significantly depending on the program. TimeWhiz, Timesheet, Titrax, Hours, Seconds Count, AllTime, PicoTrack, Standard Time, Doing, SDS Time, and TimeMate are some of the popular time tracking software packages available today.
Time Tracking provides detailed information on Time Tracking, Time Tracking Software, Time Tracking Programs, Employee Time Tracking and more. Time Tracking is affiliated with Time And Attendance System.

Entering into any loan agreement is a hard decision to make
especially if it is a secured loan! You have to make sure that
you can afford the repayments and not fall behind or your house
is in jeopardy. Home improvement loans are very common as people
are always wanting to better where they live. They can be used
for installing a new heating system, a drive way or a fitted
bathroom, kitchen or bedroom!
Many people who are after a home improvement loan go through a
broker to get in touch with the best possible deals and loan
providers. Brokers search all the available loan companies to
see who would give you the best deal for the amount of money you
would like to borrow. Obviously the loan company with the lowest
APR is the best choice!
Home improvement loans can be used for just about anything
whether they are used for fitting extensions on the side of your
house or if you simply like to replace the old heating system.
Many loan companies do ask what type of home improvement you are
making so they know whether you are over borrowing or not. Most
loans are secured on your house and are called secured loans;
unsecured loans are for people with squeaky clean credit scores.
With at least 60% of people in at least $10,000 worth of debt
loans are closely monitored, all your transactions with
financial companies such as credit cards, loans and mortgages
are recorded on your credit file. Companies can then look over
these files and see if there are any defaults or non payment
terms listed and from the information that they gather from your
credit file they then decide whether it is a safe option to
provide you with a loan. Many people suffer from bad credit due
to unfortunate events in their past, but loan companies are now
offering these types of consumer loans but with much higher
rates of interest.
When considering a loan the most important thing you can do is
make sure that you can afford the repayments or you could lose
your home and everything in it! Taking on a loan is a serious
decision and all parties involved need to agree. Once the ball
is in motion all you have to do is sign the dotted line and wait
for the check to come through and get that beautiful kitchen,
bedroom or bathroom that you have always wanted!
